The best way to help with athletic performance is to book an appointment with Ad to see which of his varied arsenal of massage techniques and added modalities works best for you in your current situation. His many years of experience will help to get you back into your favorite sports again.
Chronic Back Pain, Muscle Pain or Facial Pain are very common and often caused by musculosceletal imbalances and "knots", muscle spasm that cause pain, inflammation and wake you up at night. Sciatica, Carpal Tunnel or Ulnar Syndrome, Adhesions after Surgery and even Dystonia (Muscle Spasms) can be helped by targeted massage therapy techniques.
While regular therapeutic massage is excellent at relaxation and stress relief, for more serious illnesses Ad often uses deep tissue massage or Myofascial Release to break up muscle knots. Shockwave therapy can help as can heat or cold applications, cupping massage and other techniques.
